Refund and cancellation policy

IN SYNC is run by Himanshu Bairagi and Ashish Nandardhane, Nagpur, Maharashtra, India. This page explains cancellations and refunds. It repeats what our terms of service say; if the two ever differ, the terms win.

Festival greetings plan (paid online)

The plan bought at insync-studio.web.app/greetings costs ₹1,000 for one year, paid in full when you order through Razorpay. IN SYNC is not registered for GST, so no GST is charged.

Cancelling

• You can cancel at any time before we deliver your first greetings. Call or WhatsApp us (details below) with your order number, which starts with FG-.
• You get a full refund of ₹1,000. Nothing is deducted.

After delivery

• Once your first greetings are delivered, the year's plan is not refundable.
• If anything in a greeting is wrong (a name, the logo, a number), tell us and we fix it free.

If we cannot deliver

• If we cannot deliver the plan for any reason, we refund you in full.

How refunds are paid

• Refunds go back to the card, UPI account, bank or wallet you paid with, through Razorpay.
• Banks usually show the money within 5 to 7 working days after that.
• Signed in at your account, you can see your order marked as refunded.

Custom projects and app plans

Custom work and our ready-made apps are paid by UPI or bank transfer against a written quote, not on this website.

• The advance covers work already started and is not refundable once design or development has begun.
• If we stop a project ourselves, we refund what you paid for work we have not delivered.
• Your written quote can set different terms for that project; if it does, the quote wins.
