Shipping and delivery policy

Last updated: 14 October 2026

IN SYNC is run by Himanshu Bairagi and Ashish Nandardhane, Nagpur, Maharashtra, India. This page explains how and when you receive what you buy from us. It repeats what our terms of service say; if the two ever differ, the terms win.

Festival greetings plan

• How: as image files, on the WhatsApp number or email address you give us when you order. There is no physical product and no shipping.
• When: your first greetings are ready within 24 to 48 hours after you pay. If your logo or contact list reaches us later, the 24 to 48 hours count from when we have both. You can upload them on the page right after paying, or send them on WhatsApp.
• Through the year: greetings for each later festival in your plan reach you before that festival.
• Where it stands: signed in at your account with the same email, you see your order go from Paid to Files received to Delivered.
• Mistakes: if anything in a greeting is wrong, tell us and we fix it free.
• Cost: delivery is included in the ₹1,000. There is nothing more to pay.

Apps and websites

• Our apps are delivered as a download or installed on your device by us. Updates are sent straight to the app.
• Websites and custom software are delivered online, on the timeline in your written quote.

Design and print

• Design files are delivered digitally.
• When a project includes printed material, how and when it reaches you, and any cost for that, are set in your written quote before we start.
